I have been going to this washateria for the last 6 years and today was the worst day I have ever had using their services the last several weeks I have been going there the young man who I believe is the son of the older woman that works there keeps charging me more when I dropped off four shirts and two pair of pants he charged me over $18 I asked him why there was no prices posted anywhere and how much it cost or anything in plain sight he said that's just the way it is gas prices are going up and so is everything else I said but you have to let the customer know what we're paying before so we can make a decision whether to use their services he got argumentative with me and raised his voice. 2 days ago I went there and told the mother about the prices I was paying and about the issue with her son I brought the same amount of clothes for shirts and two pants and she said that she would give me a discount and charge me $10.83 on my ticket when I went today to pick up my clothes her son was at the front and he wrote up another ticket and told me it was going to be over $15 I said wait a minute your mother charged me only $10.83 look at the ticket he had already taken that one and tossed it in the trash he had to find it once he seen the price was $10.80 he yelled to his mother in the back and she said to charge me the full amount of $15 plus some change I said that is ridiculous that's not what we agreed to I set My money down for the amount we agreed to and took my clothes and left as I was leaving the parking lot the mother came out yelling at me and hitting my car on the doors in the windows trying to make me stop and I continue to leave the parking lot and I was in fear of my life from her and her son who was standing in the doorway this is never happened to me before I went directly to the police station and made a complaint in brookshire and I thought about even filing a civil lawsuit against her the son and the business owner this is the worst customer service I've ever seen where somebody comes out and hits your car yelling and screaming over $5 I will never go back there again and I will also reach out to the owner and make a...

Review: I was a regular customer at this laundromat until they completely ruined my work clothes. I dropped off a load of my professional outfits, expecting them to come back clean and intact, but instead, they returned in tatters!!! My clothes were shred into pieces from their damaged drying machines!!!!!

When I confronted the owner about the damage, his response was shockingly inadequate. All he offered was a free wash! A free wash won't undo the destruction of my wardrobe or replace the expensive items that were now unwearable. It's clear that the equipment here is either poorly maintained or operated by staff who lack the necessary care or knowledge for handling different types of fabrics.

This experience has left me out of pocket and out of decent clothes for work. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from the owner have ensured I will never return. I strongly advise others to steer clear unless you're prepared to risk your clothing to...

I went on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm and I was there until 7:30 doing my usual laundry because 60% of the machines are out of order. Or maybe they intentionally disabled the lower cost machines to make people use the $3.75 or $6.00 load machines...it's seems very suspicious that such a higher number of machines would be out of order in such a heavy traffic place....I think they are price gouging after Hurricane Harvey...very shameful....and the very loud TV playing Mexican soap operas gave me a headache because I didn't understand the language (I am Asian) and it was very hot in the place, and very nerve wracking and stressful for me to have to be there.
