Flatiron Marketplace — Local services in Broomfield

Well, it's big and has a variety of stores. Malls are somewhat of an old concept as most people don't want to walk a quarter mile and spend half a day shopping at multiple places. The food court has a variety of counter service vendors and you can drive and park near most of the table service restaurants. During the weekdays the restaurants are busy at lunch time. Overall, it's a place you can go to find that perfect store if you are looking for something specific. Or, if you are feeling old fashioned, you can aimlessly wander around for hours to satisfy your craving to spend the money on your pocket. Outside of the main mall there is a labyrinth of streets designed to trap you until you run out of gas. There are lots of strip malls with a good mix of active and abandoned store fronts. I'm assuming the leases are too high for businesses to want to deal with all the expansive soil issues that are prominent in the area. Let's talk about this mall for a minute the place is huge the floor is so uneven and hard to walk on that by the time you're done with 10 minutes in that mall you want to go home. And not shop, plus many of the stores have moved out of there because of the price of rental it's way overpriced. Everything is expensive in there. I can go to the Orchard mall and enjoy myself and not have to worry about wanting to go home right away and that's an outdoor mall I even shop in the winter sad...

Flatiron Marketplace is really nice. I like to stop here and get myself a coffee and relax before finding myself a ride to take. It's a good area situated halfway between Lewisville and Boulder. Lots to do lots for the shoe family lots of shopping and other things that can be done while you're waiting for a bus or just needing to get things for the home.
