First and last time at this location! I was looking for a good hang out spot to visit on Cinco de Mayo with my wife, we are “wing fanatics” and this place has great reviews on their wings. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the service, the wings took forever and came out cold. But that’s the least of your worries.. The staff (the girls) are unprofessional, untrained and rude. We ordered house rum and they mistakenly served us, aged scotch. What should have been a $6 drink, turned into an almost $20 drink. After our second round we addressed it to the bartender Ashley, and all she did was ignore and avoid us for about 30min! No one came until we asked to close out. At that point we attempted to communicate the situation to the other girl, and instead of admitting they had made a mistake, they served us the wrong liquor and were trying to make us pay for it, she simply told us “well whatever I’m just gonna run your card” with a smirk on her face.. mind you! This is the same girl that was telling off another customer when we came in and sat down, was the first thing we noticed that she was upset at another client for supposedly “shouting her name across the bar” We didn’t know we’d be next.. apparently these girls are used to mistreating customers, using their “looks” and attire as an excuse to not give great service. When we attempted to talk to the manager Taylor, he proceeded to justify the situation by blaming us! Arguing that he had footage that we drank the drinks.. well of course! Because we thought your bartender knows what she’s doing and served us what we ordered! He was hostile and rude himself not trying to find any solutions and it wasn’t until we said we’re going to leave a bad review and charge the card back, that he tried to “fix” the issue by offering a discount for next time. Read moreso this review is for the regional manager... Im rather astounded at the insanely poor service we had tonight. You have a systemic problem at this location. Came in around 6:30 on a Monday, not busy. 10 minutes sitting at the front, no hostess. Sat ourselves at the bar. Bartender visibly upset at the computer from a previous sale, however was very short with us, due to one of the party not sure what he wanted. Very awkward. Terse exchange, very uncomfortable. Service extremely slow, however didn't complain, but staff seemed to have a very unpleasant attitude the entire time unfortunately. Food - mediocre. Salmon was great, but rice and green beans was inedible, too much salt. Couldn't eat. Ordered 3 whiskeys. At the closeout, ordered 2 more whiskeys, and waited literally 20 minutes for them, never even acknowledged by blonde who we ordered it from, friend inquired about them and she literally said no you're not getting your drinks. Seriously, I've never had such a rude bartender and quite honestly I'm pretty laid back and NEVER complain about wait staff being subpar because I'm all for the underdog, but this was beyond unacceptable. I'm a regular there, I've spent quite a lot of money in your establishment but after this evening, even though I live at the bridges, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and until this place fixes its staffing issues I'd recommend anyone else go about a minute down the street to Sheps at the omni. Read moreAwful. So, I generally can always make an exception for a poor experience in any establishment. Today though got to me. I tend to stop in most days and grab a beer after work because it's the only place open and my only option. A simple dispute over a $3 beer got me 86'd. I asked to close me out and just handed my card to the bartender. Tab comes back with my card and I go to sign, then realized I had been overcharged. I had only two beers, not the three I paid for without even looking at my tab and that is my fault for not looking before I hand my card over. I simply and politely mentioned to the bartender that I believe I was over charged. She then said she will discuss the issue with the manager on duty (Ritchie) and I said great, thank you. I was then told that I should leave as I've asked this server about the same thing before and apparently that is inappropriate. I asked the manager if we could look at the video and the request was not accepted. So after paying my tab and simply asking to verify it, I was asked to not come back. It's really not a money thing but the principal. I was told that my $3.18 beer will be refunded, so just waiting on that check to show up. Not to mention that no one there can actually pour 22oz of beer into a 22oz glass that they advertise for 2.99, feel special if you get 15.5oz and they don't...
