I’m usually pretty stingy with my five stars, but I don’t think this could have been better. My first time here — I had the Chicken Shawarma plate and a side of pita. Everything was fresh and delicious, to the point that I stuffed myself, and It was an indulgent experience. Yet — I don’t feel overstuffed, and the food seemed quite healthy. Even what I expected to be by its looks, a bland, boring salad. But it was crisp and flavorful, and honestly felt like it was out of someone’s garden, with a family homemade recipe of Tzatziki sauce. I drizzled the Tzatziki over the salad and chiken/rice. There was enough to Drizzle over everything. The ratios of the foods were perfect and everything complimented each other. Next time I might get an extra side of the sauce. It’s delicious as a dip for the pita bread too! Pure deliciousness! Pretty sure I’ll be back again and again. I should note that I went between 2 and 3 PM when things were slow. I’d love to see family sizes. I think that could be a lot...
Read moreReally tasty food, especially for a mall food court. There are vegetarian options but I didn't try it (falafel). The service was great, everyone was polite and the food came quick. The prices are good too, you will get a very filling and varied meal for less than many fast food restaurants. This place is much better in terms of taste, service and value than most of the other restaurants in the whole mall. I can really see them becoming a staple in our community. With all of these positives, they are a new restaurant and it would be nice if they added a napkin dispenser (although the neighbors have one). It would also be nice if the sauce for the "plate" items was served in small containers as opposed to sharing the same dish. These are both very very small things and in no way affected my enjoyment of my meal and likely wouldn't affect yours either. I seriously recommend everyone eats here, it's tasty and a good value, and you are supporting local business while enjoying your day...
Read moreKabora Afghan Cuisine, situated in the food court of FlatIron Crossing Mall in Broomfield, CO, provides a flavorful introduction to Afghan and Mediterranean cuisine. The chicken shawarma and kebab plates were well-seasoned and fresh, and the portion sizes were generous for the price. However, the experience was slightly marred by the long wait time during peak hours, and the seating area felt cramped and noisy, typical of a food court. The staff was polite and helpful but seemed overwhelmed, which impacted the speed of service. While it’s a solid option for a quick and tasty meal, a quieter environment or faster service would make it a...
