Sent a package 12/24. It was returned to the UPS store because the UPS driver couldnāt find the apartment number that was on the label. I called the store and said the number is on it will you reship please. They said yes but youāll have to pay. I said why itās not my fault the driver failed to do their job. Their answer itās not ours either. If you donāt want to pay take it up with UPs. So I call UPS. They said I canāt do anything with the because I didnāt send it the UPS store did. They said call the store I said I did they told me to call you. They gave me the corporate number to UPS store. I called them and went back and forth some and finally the guy said your right the store has to file the claim. I will send them a message and the owner will call you. 2 weeks waiting no call I go back into the store and bring in my package hoping they would take care of me. Nope the guy said he canāt and he canāt file the claim his manager has to and heās not there. He copied the label and got my info still no call. I finally sucked it up and sent it via USPS and had no issue. Donāt know why a company would cause so much customer pain over $18 when itās not the customers fault at all. Suddenly, I realized I had placed something else in the package when I thought I was keeping the item. I called my husband hoping he was still in line. He had already left. I called the store, I spoke to Jay. I explained my problem. He gladly searched the last packages he received to find mine, he found it! To my relief, the item I was looking for was not inside only what was supposed to be. Jay was so wonderful to take the extra time to help a panicked customer even though the store was technically closed. Jay is an example of what good customer service should look like. He went above and beyond for the sake of the customer. I wish more employees everywhere...

I do not like a lot of non-meaningful conversation from employees and at this store they appreciate your personal time and work fast to ship your items quick and to the correct address. I could ship with USPS and save money but if you want the item(s) you are shipping to receive the same tender loving care you receive as a customer at this UPS store then you will probably do like a lot of us that use this store; pay the extra charge for shipping with a smile. Please take time to look at and purchase some of the funniest birthday cards and other occasion cards I've ever seen. The manager and private owner of this business is a sweet and caring entrepreneur who is loved by her staff...
