I purchased couches from them online literally have been waiting 2 weeks for them to deliver i call and they tell me they have it there at the store already but they'll call me once they are ready to come drop off . never heard back from them . so i call again only for someone to tell me they need more info from me but shes not sure so she'll check but never got back to me AGAIN . so called again only to be put on hold for half an hour ! They have not called me once ! The couches are gonna be due soon and i dont even have them in my house yet ! Hoping they dont charge since i dont have them . i dont know whose running this store but they need to be fired ive never ordered from aarons i hope not all their stores...
Read moreI’m a new customer and when they told me they were going to deliver it today (5/9/20) around 5 pm I was waiting since 12 pm afternoon. I had to call to see what’s up. Turns out by the time I looked outside the Aaron’s truck was on the other side of the street and left but never received a phone call from them. Then I called the main office and told them what happened, then she say’s I have to wait til Monday to reschedule !
