Iāve bought a tv and sound bar package, then a year later bought an Xbox. The tv and sound bar are absolutely by no means worth what Iām paying for it. Everytime I go in the store the people are pretty much I help all they want is for you to buy something so they can make commission and you can clearly tell in the way they push you to buy. The Xbox was 4$ down deal and they said I would be billed the next month. Instead I was billed the full payment a week later the next week I was due again for another full payment on the first of the month. I argued with manager and she said the store rep that did my paperwork did it wrong so I didnāt get the special deal. Everytime there is a special deal itās a big lie. Now the last 3 months Iāve been charged multiple payments on the wrong date even after I call to make sure there not going to charge my card they still do every single month. Now they say they already caught it and refunded it. It took every dollar in my account on the WRONG date there for I wasnāt ready to make another payment as I had just called and made one. I had an issue with an online order, I called the store and the manager did all she could do on her end. I then called the online costumer service and spoke with a very Rude gentleman that kept telling me to call my local store. He was not comprehending what I was trying to explain to him. I asked to speak to one of his higher ups to get more help the ā aholeā connected me to my local store!!I called back and was hung up on!!! I wish I had gotten his name!! No help at all. Finally the store local manager straighter it out for me!! Kudos to the store manager and her whole staff!! Thank you for great service.. now Arronās needs to work in their online customer service team.. maybe the local store needs to go train them on how itās...
