Selection wasn't horrible. Not great, though.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. I get that vape stores are somewhat counter-culture-ish, but the cussing and carrying on was simply too much. I'm a pipeliner and was once a deckhand (ie: sailor), so I'm not senstive to colorful language, but this was overboard (zing).

On top of it, when the owner came in, they started blatantly gossiping about employees who weren't present, and not in a flattering way.

I gave a list of what I was looking for in a vape pen, and was then recommended something that fit almost none of my criteria.

During the purchase I was not recommended any extra anything, be it liquid or coils. The guy really just wasn't that interested. Not really how I'd want my business run, but the lady who I gathered was the owner (she came in with a money bag and set it on the counter) didn't step in or say anything, so I guess that's how they roll. Not a great...

I love this Tooters. It has the same friendly helpful staff as the other Tooters in CS and it's closer to my house and work. The times I went in there, it seemed there were much less college kids than at the other store. Sometimes I feel old around all those kiddos 🤣 But they have free drinks and snacks, a big screen TV and a couch to hang out on. You can sample all the different house flavors and the staff have always been happy to help me. They carry kratum there which is great and it's good quality with a good price. We stopped ordering it online because the price here is actually better. Today when I went, they we're out of my usually house flavor and the very nice guys there suggested another one that is similar in taste but... It's actually better! So ... Yayyy! I have a new favorite flavor. Thank you guys! Keep up...

We've been going to them for over a year now and they used to be well stocked. Now they barely have products anymore and their new location is far more difficult to get in and out of. I went there today and there is no possible way to get out; unless you go in the opposite direction you need to go. Their old location parking lot was a bit cramped; but at least I could get in and out easily. I do not think we will be returning customers anymore. This new location is just too unsafe for those of us who are cautious drivers. We are giving our business to...
