The staff was friendly and ready to help...however,when reserving a ramada and paying for it at any of the parks make sure to double check your receipt. I reserved a ramada at Sundance park for my daughters birthday for Saturday may 25th..i reserved and payed for it almost a month and a half in advance and after speaking with the employee,looking at a map of the park,having a whole discussion about it and which ramada i wanted i paid and left ..then continually looked for my name to be on the paper at the ramada...never showed. So the night before which was Friday i pulled out my receipt and realized she messed up and put it for skyline park..i know it was a mistake but just wanted to give a heads up for everyone to double check. At that point it was too late to go get it fixed so we just had the party at my moms ..i wasnt about to celebrate my FIVE year old daughters birthday at the base of a mountain with other little kids. I will be going in once they open again to discuss what can be done about it because that was highly disappointing. Just make sure you check before you leave so it doesnt...
