Subway — Restaurant in Buckeye

The problem with the Subway franchise & unfortunately many MANY other franchises is the food quality bring INCONSISTENT. This disappointment is compounded by jow expensive everything is now. Specifically, I am taking about their bread. The bread that they go on & on about in their commercials, & yeah I suppose if we actually got THAT bread that just came out of the oven, it would ALWAYS be wonderful! However, that is NOT the case. I purchased a sandwich today & the bread is very hard. Sometimes the bread is very fresh & those sandwiches are always wonderful. The problem wirh all this is again, is it's not consistent to get fresh bread. It's a gamble everytime I go..& FRESH BREAD IS THEIR TRADEMARK! I don't get it. Personally, I'm not willing to gamble with my money on food. That bread should ALWAYS be fresh & NOT hard! it's not like they don't have fresh bread, I mean the ovens are right there. They just make a conscious decision to serve up day old bread, claiming it to be "freshly baked". Now again. This isn't a one time off deal. It's literally a gamble. Sometimes fresh, sometimes not. I'm tired of spending my money there & being disappointed on those times. Either get your s* together Subway or quit constantly bragging about your fresh bread in...

3 Grandsons with and 3 at home waiting they wanted to try the $5 Nachos get there order them waited after what felt like 5 mins or more while they acted like they were preparing they come with 2 Orders and say we Only have 2 sleeves or hotdog holders so we can only make 2 Orders😳 I’m not going to go into more detail about can you put it in this or that any Who every response was Unfortunately we can’t do that well anyway I have not been to that Slumway in probably 5 yrs because of their Customer Service and all the other BS such as this I have Never been satisfied but Never Again.. We made Super Not Yours at home in BIG Bags so Boo to SW Management that’s where good service...

I've been to many Subways in my life and I've been feeling more and more lately how much it's turned into a rip off! So about a year ago I started to only ever get the footlong dippers. Seems to be the only thing on the menu actually worth the price they're asking for it. Tonight the lady who made them must have thought I didn't deserve the NORMAL serving of chicken that's supposed to come with these. I ordered 2 of them and between the two I bet I had maybe 8 little pieces of chicken max. I have had plenty of these over the last year and have never been so completely robbed of my money.
