I was at your Sundance location yesterday purchasing gifts for my two young nieces. Your employee Elaina was the cashier working with me. Her customer service skills were beyond amazing! Not only did she assist with me packaging my gifts she also showed me a trick on how to remove the prices easily. She was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond her duties to make my experience a phenomenal one. I am a Regional Vice President within my field and customer service is extremely important to me on both a personal and professional level. So I was in earlier tonight before closing. It seemed a lil busy but I didn’t mind. As I was waiting in line, I saw 2 employees at the register helping each other out. No problem to me. They rang me up with no problem. The only thing I didn’t not enjoy about the visit was a comment that was made. I’m unsure as to of said employee is a supervisor or not but she was completely disrespectful. She made a snide comment towards the ladies that were helping me ring out. She said something along the lines of “see the type of people we hire to be leaders”. I didn’t find that professional at all. I shop there quite frequently and I see her all the time. I was greeted upon entering and thanked for wearing a mask. I thought that was nice. Not as much merchandise as normal but there was new clothing out. Noticed a group of people walking in with no masks. That confused me because on the door it clearly stated that mask must be worn to enter and shop. That made me uncomfortable. When I asked the manager if he observed the group not adhering to signage of the door regarding the wearing masks, He said it can't be enforced.
