Second time i have went there and #1 acted like he is master of ALL! Yelling at me, talking to customers ABOUT me to try and get them on his side. I actually dont believe i have EVER in my LIFE been treated so poorly by someone in a business than i have by him, not once but TWICE on two seperate occasions.

Its a shame because the other nail technicians are amazing. My nails look amazing. Conversation was fun. I wish i didnt have to deal with him cause i would go back. He is so awful though i will never go again!

Number #1 sits in the front. A issue i had was i was using a american express card and the card reader was saying invalid card. My girl just didnt know enough about it so she was going to get the woman in the back to help. Well #1 just couldnt help him self and had to jump in and he says.. "She doesnt speak english." I said, "Yes she does. I just sat with her for the last 40 mins and she did just fine. She just doesnt understand what the machine says." And before i could get the next word out he says..

So what are you going to do about it? (Meaning how am i gunna pay my bill)

Like thats the first freaking place he went too. Just so rude. I never said i couldnt pay the bill. All i wanted to know was why the machine was saying invalid card so maybe i needed to call american express and see what was going on.

So at that point i got mad. And went off on him, and brought up my last trip where he made me cry.

I had asked what he was going to do about my nail that was ripped And whoa he lost it. Like he yelled for a solid min at me. I had tears coming down my face. The woman sitting o. The pedi chair went to get up to leave because she was horrified with what just happened and he instructed her to stay. It was soo uncomfortable. I also had picked out a navy blue color because i am obsessed right now. He goes and grabs another color last second and says, "this more pretty for you'. I was soo mortified by everything i said okay.

This guy needs to learn where he is. Its america. You dont get to talk to woman that way here.

After i left today i went to walmart and someone spotted me from nail shop today and came up to me and said OMG THAT GUY IS SOOO RUDE. HE MADE. ME CRY LAST TIME I WAS IN!!! Soo this is just is MO!!!

So 2 times i have went to the nail salon and left feeling soooo upset. Makes me so mad. If he goes the nail shop would be amazing. Number 1 needs to go....

• DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND STEAL FROM YOU! * Went in today 9/9/23 for a pedicure. There was a young man assigned to do my pedicure. It honestly wasnt the best pedicure but the kid was nice. When he started to paint my toes, he left a ledge on the side of my nail. I asked him about it and he said it was my toenail. It had never happened before, so definitely was not my toenail. Some of the nails were darker than others and some were splotchy, but the ledge was what bothered me, as it looked so bad. One of the ladies asked another worker if she would come help. She came over and was great. She fixed the ledge and said it was because he used too much polish on the side which left a ledge. She finished up painting my toes, they looked great. I asked if I could get a quick manicure, no gel, nothing over the top, just quick cleaning and filing and a clear coat. She took me over to her table and quickly filed, clipped, cleaned up my cuticles and did a regular polish clear coat. She did a great job! Well, here is where the 1 star comes in. As I was drying my regular polish clear coat, I seen the lady who asked the girl to come help me,at the counter talking to the girl that did my nails. I went up to pay and the girl said "we charge the same for a regular mani as a gel mani" as she rang me up for a gel mani. I said why would it cost $15 more to do gel pedi but the same for a mani. She said " I don't know, that's just what they charge". The mani was $38! I said are you sure that's just for a regular mani, she said yeah. I asked several times because it didn't make sense. I left and came home and told my husband that I think they straight up lied to my face and changed me more because they were mad that I had them redo my toenails. So, I had my husband call up there and ask how much a regular mani with regular clear coat polish was and they told him $28! He asked her again if that was for a regular mani with just a clear coat and she said yes! So the same lady who told me it was $38 no matter if it were a regular or gel mani, lied to my face and stole $10 from me! Do not go to them! The will lie to your face and...

I walked in, and it was extremely busy but was seated right away. I clearly told her I use Dip powder, no acrylic. She took the acrylic and told me,” this is better but ok!” Then proceeded to start my nails in ACRYLIC! At first I thought maybe it’s a process that she does before the dip but then quickly I found out on the second nail that know she was doing the acrylic. It was so busy the lady next to me the client next to me was being a little rude to her text so I didn’t want to seem the same way. I just let her finish it and figured it would be nice. She finished my nails they were all different shapes or length I should say. I got this color not only on my nails but on my fingers nail glue all over my fingertips. I was really upset but I didn’t say anything I paid her and left. I was extremely unhappy so a few hours later I called the shop I spoke to the manager and they told me to drive back and they would fix them for me. I finally make it over there and I was told that they cannot remove the acrylics but they can file down as much as the acrylic as they can and continue to layer with dip powder. Again I was unhappy but I didn’t voice that I just said OK I understand because of the potential damage to my nail. So then I clarified I just want a neutral light brownish color I don’t like pink at all. The nail tech then tells me “I’m going to do an Easter theme for you it’s gonna look nice”. She gave me the hottest pink in powder. Again I was completely unhappy, I’m not a rude person and just said thank you and left. It seems like it’s not what the client wants but what the nail tech decides to do . I came home only to file as much as I could and covered the hot pink with a brown polish, for Easter!
