Watson Marketplace — Local services in Buckeye

We came to Denny's for breakfast. There was a 20 minute wait time, so we signed in. We actually got a table in about 10 minutes. It was a holiday, but there was a lot of empty tables and booths. I guess they didn't have enough wait staff to fill the tables? The host and server got our drinks and food order taken quickly, and despite being very busy because today was Columbus Day, we didn't have to wait very long to get our food. Place is busy with a Discount tire, a breaks repair place and several restaurants as well as a newly opened hotel and a hospital in the area. All of these places share one single entrance which is also the entrance to a fairly big Circle K with a gas station. Traffic does move fluidly but it can get pretty crowded and frustrating to move around. Parking is sufficient but can get a little tough...

Just like any business complex in Buckeye, this one is overly busy. I typically go to Federico's and the UPS store. I avoid it unless I really need to go because the parking lot is set up kind of wonky, so it's hard to maneuver around and find a parking spot. But the weird parking layout keep cars from speeding....
