Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Buckeye

From the time I walked in it took 6 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the two employees. From the time I finally received some service it was obvious that she hated her job and did not even want to be there. Then the 2 employees arguing in front of customers over wanting to leave early because she has things to do and the other one saying she needed to have found coverage to leave early and then ice cream scoops are being slammed into the receptacle used between scoops of ice cream. It was extremely uncomfortable for me having to wait to be serviced by very immature and unprofessional people. There needs to be a responsible adult to oversee these employees that are clearly too immature to...

When their hours say they close at 10 but they’re closed at 9:30 and employees look at you through the window. Update your hours.

Edited to Add: EEWW! I came in and one of the shorter girls was wearing a braided, thread bracelet (black). She was attaching plastic covers to the top of the ice cream to hold the tubs down. But her bracelet threads were dragging all over the top of the ice cream! No gloves, nothing. If her bracelet is that loose and made of fabric, that means it gets wet when she sweats, washes her hand, and even absorbs germs from the bathroom. And now it’s touching all the ice cream every time she attaches a lid. Bacteria all over your ice cream....

Some of the late evening staff will have the lights off and will hide in the back room at 8pm. No posted hours of operation. You have to try the door, and will be surprised its open. This has happened a number of times. When the staff come out of the room, they don't greet you, just wait for you to order. Then they said the toppings bar was closed but they will open it for us?? The toppings were all there, they just had plastic wrap over it....because it makes them do work? They clearly do not want people there and don't want to work. Don't get me wrong, not all the staff are bad, but its these ones that make the place look bad. Needs...
