Patrick really went all out for us. My fiance has been pining for an Alexis Russell piece for longer than I've known her so when the time came I knew exactly where I was getting her engagement ring. She had her eye on a kite shapes sapphire listed on the website that unfortunately sold before I was ready to order. I contacted them asking when they would expect something similar to come in and Patrick told me he could FIND one! He presented me a few days later with three beautiful options, even taking videos so I could see how they sparkled. After I placed the order Patrick asked me when I had plans to propose. I mentioned we would be going on a trip to one of her favorite cities soon but I understand it's a longshot to get the ring made and shipped to me so quickly. The man MADE IT HAPPEN! I was able to propose on our trip, totally catching her off guard. She loves it so much and I catch her her staring at it often. Thank you again Patrick!

I had a lot of trouble picking out a wedding ring for myself so my fiance suggested I get something that matches hers. We picked out a knife edge band on the website but wanted something a little wider than the standard 4mm. Cue Patrick again! A couple emails later and we have a 6mm knife edge band on order! My fiance worked with someone at Alexis Russell a couple years ago on engagement ring, and over the last month I've had the pleasure to work with Zach on my wedding band. I wanted a couple styles that would just not work with my engagement ring- and I appreciated his honesty, and suggestions.
