1st time but good. I have friends who come here so I decided to give it a try and I like it. The Blue Jays are in town and right across the street at Sahlen's field. Not lucky enough to have tickets so it's burger and a beer. Big menu full of burgers, burritos and sandwiches. Fries are restaurant cut and delicious. The burger was a special off the menu that I was lucky enough to taste.cream cheese banana peppers dip added to a pub half pound burger on a toasted roll that was very good as well. No dessert other than rasberry wheat beer so I enjoyed my rusty chain and hazy little ipa. My server Meghan assisted me with my beer and food decisions and bartender/runner Lisa brought my burger. Thank you Lisa. I have plans to return later unless I come across blue jays tickets It will be sooner. Very sociable hometown feel.

We ordered 30 wings, extra crispy plus 2 orders of chicken fingers and fries. Total $72. The wings and fingers were barely cooked, the celery was old and brown, the blue cheese tasted like Mayo and the chicken fingers were soggy! We ended up throwing most of the food out minus some of the bbq chicken fingers that my daughter had to break apart and find the well done parts. Never experienced such disgusting wings in Buffalo in all of my life. Our food did not sit for 20 minutes as we were told they were closing soon when we picked up our food. How you knew I was traveling is a bit disturbing from a business owner. The only thing that is ridiculous is your food and your lack of professionalism & let’s not forget to mention you creeping on my personal page.

We enjoyed a mid-week lunch at the Union Pub. It was quiet just after the lunch rush and the service was prompt, attentive and accurate. I chose the daily special which was buffalo mac & cheese (mac & cheese topped with a chopped buffalo sauced chicken finger) and pretzel bites on the side. The mac and cheese tasted house made and the chicken finger was great, although a touch salty (wing sauce is however). I wish I had a cheese or mustard dip for the pretzels, they were soft and tasty anyway. The portion size was perfect in my opinion. I'd definitely return to try other items.

Had an awful experience with the Union Pub and wanted to make all aware. Had reservations for 14 people for the Thursday of the March Madness tournament in Buffalo. Made the reservations 2 weeks before and all was supposed to be all set. I called them at noon the day of to see if it would be okay to be 15-20 minutes late as the game schedule came out made us a little behind. If not we would have left the games a little early to honor our time. I was told by the person who answered the phone (who also happened to take my reservation 2 weeks ago and acknowledged it) that there was a problem and they could not honor the reservations. I asked what the issue was and was just told he could not get into it. I said this was totally unacceptable as I have 14 people expecting to meet there in several hours. Again nothing. He suggested I try the Pearl Street Grill. I asked him if he had a connection there to help us out and he said no. I said a lot of help that is going to do! He abruptly said I gotta go I am busy and hung up the phone. So 14 of us left high and dry including out of town friends from Toronto and Indianapolis. Great impression for everyone!! I will never step into this place again or recommend it to anyone. Wanted to let everyone know so they don’t ruin your evening also! Totally unacceptable the way we...

Union Pub is a popular spot located in downtown Buffalo, NY. The location is great for those looking for a casual dining and drinking experience. The pub itself has a rustic, industrial-style ambiance.

The service at Union Pub is friendly and attentive. The menu features a variety of pub favorites, sandwiches, and entrees. They also have a good selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

The overall atmosphere of the pub is casual and comfortable, making it a great spot for a casual meal or drinks with friends. The pub has a lively atmosphere, making it a good spot for a night out.

My tip for others visiting Union Pub would be to try one of their specialty cocktails and to ask about their daily specials. Also, they have street parking available, but it can be busy in the area, so plan accordingly.

In summary, Union Pub is a great spot for a casual meal and drinks in downtown Buffalo, NY. The menu offers a variety of options and the drinks are delicious. The rustic industrial ambiance and friendly service make it a must-visit spot for those looking for a...

Went there with a group of 9 on Saturday. Was not informed by the server or was it posted on the menu that gratuity was included. I tipped an extra 20% on top of 15%, when I realized the error I called the next day. Was notified I would be called back Monday or Tuesday. Never received a call back, Tuesday I called and was told ‘there’s nothing we can do but offer a gift card.’ This is not a restaurant I frequent often and after this customer service I don’t see myself going in the future. I was told I would be contacted today. When I called just now I was told by Sean ‘oh so you tipped an extra $20’ when it was actually another $45 on top of $34. The service was great, but not that great. I asked for a cash refund bc ‘there’s no way to put it back on my card’ He refused.

It’s illegal to add gratuity without 1 of 3 things: adding it on the menu, having it displayed somewhere in the business or the server verbally telling me, none of which happened.

I then was hung up...
