McCullagh Coffee — Restaurant in Buffalo

We have always enjoyed your product, however, lately we are receiving k-cups that are not sealed properly. This is causing loose coffee grounds in the package and when placed in the keureg the top cover comes loose and causes water to leak everywhere. I am having to check the tops and have had to throw several away without using. This is not acceptable and is an expense we cannot afford as we are on a fixed income. We visited Niagara Falls and stayed at the Red Coach Inn. We had some amazing coffee with breakfast, which we looked forward to every morning and couldn't stop thinking about after we got home to South Central Pennsylvania. So, we reached out to Red Coach Inn to find out where they source their coffee - turns out it was McCullagh Coffee Roasters Sultana Blend. Ordered it online and it arrived yesterday, we are in heaven! This coffee is so smooth with great flavor....

Great cup of grounds. I purchased 4 boxes of 24 k-cups from Sam’s Club and 2 out of every 3 of the k-cups are defective. The top foil is not sealed all the way. Coffee goes everywhere and so do the coffee grounds. Very frustrating to have to dump out your cup of coffee, clean your counter top and keurig brewer. I’m throwing the rest away as it seems there is no way to contact McCullagh to request a refund. Total waste of money.
