Laundry in this place is horrible. They say they have a whole whole laundry room, the vast amount of times at least 2 to 3 washers are never working. They always have water filled up in it. The dryers out of the 72 of them don’t dry unless you put it in for at least three cycles residents are constantly leaving their wash in there all day long and if you take it out on them and then they come back magically even if your washer dry is not complete. They will take it out and put wet clothes in the middle of the laundry room. The laundry room is covered in water dirt grime laundry detergent spilled all over the place powdered laundry detergent all over the place. It’s disgusting...

Do NOT try and live here. The parking is impossible and the location is trash. Your car WILL get broken into and staff will stick violation stickers all over your car windows if you park anywhere but the street (even if you’re parked there for 5 minutes to unload groceries) and the stickers do NOT come off easy. Y’all need a razor blade. The rent is way too high for the lack of amenities and the location. Remodel was cheaply...
