E Cafe at the Glenny — Restaurant in Buffalo

I went 2 times my 2nd time was the worse customer service I ever got not even from the employee the manager her self , I ate something I was allergic to and didn't know I asked for something else to eat please !not only did she charge me more money she told me if I can't afford the difference I can always get my old food back ,like how dare you even when I told her I was allergic never again it only takes 1 time to mess things up and she did that ! I wish I knew her boss because I would call in a heart beat, as a supervisor my self this was not good at all SMH!!!!! I ALMOST ate here. Menu looked good - I ordered a cheeseburger, no sides, for an intentionally small lunch I could walk with and eat (exercise!). Came to about $4. I handed her my card, she said "sorry - has to be over $5 for that". Rather than immediately feeling inconvenienced, I thought about paying cash - I checked and happened to only have $3 on me. "Want to add a drink, a side?" No, actually. Not only didn't I, it would have been an inconvenience. These petty policies are a pet peeve of mine. I understand that the credit card company charges you a nickel fee per swipe. Phenomenal!!!! I ordered a cappacino and they didn't have all the ingredients so they gave me an espresso that was 3$ more than what I ordered for the price of a cappacino. Always extremely clean the staff ate so helpful and ate great cooks!!!! Espresso amazing made so perfect!!not!! Something bacon cheeseburger I ordered was so delicious!!!!
