Perfect Circuit — Local services in Burbank

I've shopped with Perfect Circuit for a couple years and after my most recent order I want to take a moment to give them a bit of praise. Briefly mentioning good prices, frequent and consistent sales, and free shipping to my location is great- but I want to point out that the interaction with staff when I've had questions or needed help has been outstanding.

I typically plan my purchases a few months out and sometimes (or maybe often times) I reach out to inquire about future availability, sales schedules, etc... Questions that are not always easy to gauge but they do a good job with it, providing good insight, and they're always honest if they don't have an answer. I've never had an interaction feeling like time wasted, and this is consistent with everyone in the Perfect Circuit support team who's spoken with me.

While I don't generally like to name drop (inevitably, I forget someone) and I certainly don't want to downplay anyone, I want to recognize Lisa for going above and beyond on multiple occasions (none of which were Perfect Circuit's fault). I say this because her prompt professionalism and open communication gives me total piece of mind that if/when potentially big issues crop up, they will be sorted. I can't ask for more.

THIS STORE IS LEGIT!!

This is my go to location for all things synth related. Over the last few years I have spent literally thousands of dollars here. In fact, there have been multiple occasions where an item was cheaper elsewhere and I still chose to go through Perfect Circuit because of their customer service, selection, and just general atmosphere. I live an hour away from them too (if I’m lucky and there’s no traffic) and I still find myself cruising over here to check things out whenever I have some spare time. Highly recommended. Special shout out to Lisa who I’m pretty sure handles the online stuff, always in a super good mood, always has helped me work out whatever problems I had. That’s not to detract from the employees in the store, Julian and one other gentleman whose name I’m totally spacing on right now come to mind as people who have always helped me quickly, professionally, and with a smile on their face. If I could give more stars I would. I’ll stop rambling...

They got some interesting toys Guitar Center doesn't have and knowledgeable staff. The modular gear can get out of hand if you let it, but its not their fault... you wouldn't blame a crack dealer for introducing you to crack, would you? Exactly. It could potentially have a negative financial repercussions however... in my case when the bank came asking for the money, my attorney negotiated it down to me giving up either the house im behind on payments on or the eurorack that I rarely play but freaking looks cool as heck.... let's just say we sorta live under the bridge I guess is the medical term.... the kids love it though. You have to fight off the homeless corona zombies once in a while, but I think it's worth it. Anyways I think the library security just noticed i sneaked in after being banned for life from anything deemed "public property".
