This is the best place to go for a massage. I had surgery a year & a half ago & currently have a fractured ankle that needs surgery again. Needless to say I'm in a lot of pain. They make you feel at ease & seems to know exactly what to do to get rid of the pain. I'm am definitely going to return quite often to this place😊 I started going to Blissful Knead in January & I would like to tell you how Blissful Knead saved my life. I have been living with pain for so long that I had forgotten what it was like to not be in pain. As I sat on my couch in tears thinking I could not hide the pain any longer because it had progressed so much that I could not walk. I randomly started calling a variety of salon's but hung up without leaving a message. All of a sudden my phone rang. A very nice gentleman by the name of Monty saw that I had called & returned my call even though I had never left a message. I shortly explained my situation & he scheduled me for a 2:00 appointment for the same day. As I arrived I was welcomed with a smile. Monty offered a glass of bubbly & introduced me to Nevin. I was able to explain my issues to Nevin & he seemed to know exactly what to do. Nevin had relieved so much pain that I decided to sign up for the 60 minute monthly plan. As I was at home I noticed that walking had become easier. I called Monty back & changed my 60 minute to a 90 minute monthly​ plan. I currently go in to see Nevin weekly. I have been told I need surgery but I believe with Nevin as my massage therapist it is possible I can avoid surgery all together. There's so much more to my story but the point is that Blissful Knead has given me my life back & I am so grateful for everything they have done. Anyone who reads this please make an appointment & see for yourself that I am right. Thank you Monty and Nevin for all that you do. Blissful Knead is my favorite place to be. I have had such an amazing transformation since going there. I've lived​ with cronic pain for years & with each visit all the pain disappears. My coworkers have noticed such a change in me that they expressed interest in trying Blissful Knead for themselves. My friends and I scheduled appointments and Monty organized the event so elegantly. I went there on a first visit several weeks ago with the Groupon I was shopping for a massage therapist with a medical referral. After the massage I was informed they did not take insurance and was referred to Advanced massage where I established care. At that time my credit card was provided fpr payment and I left. Several weeks later a message was left on my phone to returned a call regarding my massage appointment. I spoke to Monty who said there was confusion on scheduled appointment. I asked him or is this Advanced massage he said yes- apologized saying Sorry about the confusion but he could get me in at 2 they don't have a 7. I showed up at 1:45 for my 2 appointment at what I thought was Advanced massage only to find out that it was with these guys. Advanced mAssage and I Called them right away told them about the confusion .I was pretty much told too bad you're being billed anyway- I told the no- its not authorized, they charged my account. My bank called to try to resolve the issue and Monte was rude to her on the phone and refused to reverse the charge. I went into His business and told him he misrepresented himself- he's nothing but a thief!He put his hands on me and tried pushing me out the front door! Told him to take his hands off of me - its assault. He grabbed me again trying to pull me to door- I puuled away- I said he was point blank asked on the phone if he was Advanced massage and he said yes I told him that because he stole my money I now have to cancel two doctors appointments because that's my co-payment. He told me that I was banned and no longer welcome to go back into a shop as if I would ever go into that place ever again. I went to Blissful Knead recently. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me to show him my vaccination card. I told him I’m vaxxed, but didn’t bring my vaccination card with me since I haven’t told to bring the card when I made the appointment over the phone. Then the guy said it’s ok, and gave me a paper work to fill out.

The paper form asks lots of details including medical history and previous massages. I felt like I’m in the professionals hand since they recorded the details.

Then I was lead to the massage room for 60 minutes deep tissue massage to relax my fatigued muscles from excessive gym workouts.

That is where my disappointment started. The therapist applied a lots of oil on my body and started a very light massage. After 20 minutes into my session, I asked the therapist politely to apply more pressure. She said ‘ok’ then went more lighter. I tried to signal for more pressure then after, didn’t work out at all for me.

After that mediocre massage session, she told me to wipe the oil off of myself with hot towel and walked out.

Then I wiped the oil off of me and went to the front to pay. They charged me 149 dollars. They asked me to tip them, I said no and walked out.

I felt like I throw my money away. I didn’t feel served at all. I will never to back...
