Balkan Market — Local services in Burien

I wish I could give more stars.

I ordered items on a Friday from the online store. The owner called me informing me that with shipping, the material would not come until Tuesday. She offered to personally drive the items to my location on the weekend- above and beyond service.

I chose to stop by the store and pick them up. Since I did not have any shipping, they allowed me to use store credit and recommended items that I may like (based on my order).

They truly care about the customer...

Such a convivial atmosphere and it was nice seeing regulars come in and catch up with the owner and employees. The owner was very friendly and Ricky made me feel very welcome despite it being my first visit. Can't recommend Balkan Market more. They have a great assortment of Eastern European foods ranging from drinks, candy, canned goods, baked goods, dry pasta, cured meats, etc. Definitely visit if you are looking for...

This great little market has quickly become a favorite! The staff members are incredibly inviting and friendly, and the products are truly reminiscent of my time living in the Balkans. I highly recommend becoming a patron...
