Westside Jewelers, through a 22 second phone call, you lost a potential new customer and I didn’t even have to step one foot into your store. I’m researching resizing ring prices, other jewelers were more than happy to provide a price estimate or price range and I didn’t have to tell them anything about the ring. So you can imagine how taking a back I was when your employee wasn’t helpful and was extremely rude. If you want your small local business to succeed you should realize that it’s all about the first impression. Crossing you off my list, you don’t even deserve a one star. Westside resized my engagement ring I bought as estate jewelry in Alaska. It for some reason had a fake emerald in it so I asked if they could replace it with a sapphire. They showed me some color choices. The end result was beautiful. I was happy to support this longtime Burien business owned by husband and wife. They offered free inspection and cleaning to me every 6 months now. Though I already had my ring they have a beautiful and unique selection of rings and other jewelry. They are friendly and customer oriented....

Took my very beat up 14K custom Claddagh wedding ring in to be polished. I noticed as customers came and went every single one of them knew the owner by first name. My ring was ready the next day, and looked exactly like it had just come out of the box new. The owner is extremely highly skilled, personable, knowledgeable, down to earth, and reasonably priced
