My husband loves to get pedicures here, so of course I want to see how they do nails. I like mine shorter and was so pleased with the results!! So of course we go back because of the great experiences! Unfortunately, we brought our daughter for her birthday to get a pedicure. Pedicures are supposed to be extremely relaxing and a way to spoil yourself it's definitely worth the money even if it gets expensive! Except this time the expectations we're not met at all? My daughter, literally sat down in the chair and went to take her coat off as the water was getting turned off and her foot was taken out right away? The chair was not turned on for her and practically no soaking of her toes because it was being so rushed. At the end, my daughter made a comment about the price and why it was so high when she did not get a massage whatsoever and did not get to relax. I was Furious because this was a way for us to pamper her for her birthday and was expected based on our previous experiences. When we questioned why the pedicure was the amount they charged we were told because she got shellac on her toes? The problem is is that we were not treated the way we are normally treated and we're getting looks like we were hoodlums or something? My husband and I tried to always tip really well so that we get extra special attention when we return. It said that you have to do that but it works! And we don't mind doing that for people who show us the love. Because of how they treated my daughter and tried to make me feel like I was expecting something that was not included when I was only expecting what we had previously received, I can no longer return to this place. I believe that every successful business is successful because they treat everyone the same and I know that there are some customers that are extremely hard to deal with but you do not know that based off of a person's looks. I was very surprised that they did not realize who we were but I also did not have my husband there at the same time it's hard to not know who we are when we are together. Either way we should have been treated just as any other customers. If you ever go to the nail salon towards the closing time you will never get the attention that you need but you may still get a great job. For this reason we made sure to go way before closing so that she would get the attention that she deserved on her birthday. I don't think expecting what is offered is out of line? But to be told that we were giving something that we obviously weren't and then charge extra for it is really bad business! And if you can't remember the customers that treat you well, then maybe you don't do your business very good or don't care? Doing good business means that no matter what race or culture you are, you treat everyone with respect until your given a reason not to. Because I was so upset I wanted to give zero Stars, but I'm no better than them if I I can at least give credit where credit is due as my daughter's nails did look good when they were done. However, I will not recommend them or spend any more money with them due to the way we were treated. I could have raised a huge scene in the salon but chose to deal with it this way instead. I would not have felt right not sharing this information. I suppose it could happen to anyone. It just sucks to have to be that person to walk in and ask for everything they should expect when they already know what it is, but I will have to do that everywhere I go now, so that we get the same service...
Read moreWhen I first started coming here I was so happy and content with the service, over the past 4 years that I’ve been coming here it’s not the same… the quality and service sucks. Despite of them stealing money from my mom at one point ( took tip money upon themselves when giving her her change back, when confronted as to why they automatically tipped themselves $20 they said it was bc she never said anything when they asked to her pay, I asked if my mom had physically said she was tipping $20 which she never did agree too they said she never said yes or no? Sooo red flag. I’ve also made appointments and arrived 5 min early and still wasn’t attended seen until 30- 40 min later. Just a week and a half ago I came in with my sister and had my 9 month old and said we weren’t doing our nails at the same time so we could trade off with baby Incase he got Fussy. They didn’t care and insisted for us to go at the same time, I had difficulty getting my nails done while hold a baby with my other arm. I did powder dip and as you can see they did not last what so ever. My nail tech also thought it’d be okay to file my cuticles with the nail filer machine thing which hurt so much! When she filled my nail from my previous color she left crusty ugly patches not a clean or smooth surface for my powered fill.she also filled my nail after the color was already applied. ? Leaving scratches and uneven nails tip and front view. They looked awful. Never again returning. I may not speak their language but it was crystal clear that they judged me when I confronted them about my mom situation and this past recent visit when I brought my baby which I’m aware is not ideal but I had the help and they didn’t want to wait for one or the other to finish they just want you in and out (rushed service) so no one walks out waiting to long . Nancy needs to do better . So disappointed. And overpriced. Also expect to be judged if you don’t tip more...
Read moreI went here for years about 5 to be exact. The service over the years became terrible. Forget about making an appointment! It’s pointless! They don’t honor it what’s so ever! Never once have they been on time. Which is extremely frustrating! And I don’t mean 10-15 minutes late. I have waited over an hour past my appointment. I make an appointment because, I have other things to do. And can’t wait! They don’t value your time. And always make you wait long after a scheduled appointment. Then when seen they rush through your nails and even hurt you sometimes because, they are going so fast and constantly over book! I waited almost 2 hours for nancy one time and wanted a simple design and she told me no that she didn’t have time after me waiting for two hours seriously? The last straw for me was when l made an appointment for a fill and pedicure. Big surprise waited an hour to be seen. The pedicure was super rushed and the water was cold by the time it even started. After the less than decent job of a pedicure I was told to wait for a few minutes for my fill. I waited so long I literally fell asleep in the chair! When I woke up it had been almost an hour and my nail tech Nichole was still working on someone’s nails.I had to leave to pick my kids up So I left. They didn’t seem to care I was leaving or even apologize. I didn’t even get my scheduled fill after all that wait. I’m a busy person and could have been doing many other things besides waiting so long I fell asleep. That’s ridiculous! They don’t care if you’ve been coming there years or referred them to so many people. Your loyalty means nothing to them. It’s all about how many people they can get in the door now. Their service is terrible and they only care about getting a lot of people in and nothing to do with the of quality of their work they rush so fast and skip steps just...
