Burleson location opened today with free drinks. Me and my kiddo went together. The lady directing traffic was just rude. For no good reason. I was following the signs for the line and she was waving me in a different direction. I pointed that I was trying to get coffee and she got mad at me for not knowing that she had directed the line to go a different way than the way the arrows were pointing... I left to just go back later when the line was shorter. We got back after some running errands and the line was much shorter. We pulled up to order and the girl taking orders was also rude. I ordered a chiller and she told me I couldn't get a blended drink and I had to get it iced. I said okay I'll try iced... she asked if I had the app I said no I don't. She then asked for my phone number and I said I don't want to sign up. She asked for my number again to which I repeated I didn't want to sign up yet. She just said "you're all set" and walked away. I didn't get a chance to order for my kiddo so I tried to get her attention again and she just ignored me. We pulled up to the window (the first nice person) and she asked what drink I had and I asked if they weren't doing blended today and she said they could absolutely do blended and was so sweet to make that for me. I asked if kids were allowed to get drinks and she said yes. I told her what happened when I was ordering.. She said they couldn't take orders at the window but I could go inside and get him a drink and even get myself a second drink if I wanted to. I said thank you and went to park to go in. Back to the rude lady directing traffic.. She stood in front of my car and wouldn't let me park. She yelled at me to "pay attention" I said "I'm trying to park to go inside" she proceeded to yell at me again and said there was no parking spots. When I pointed out the three empty spots she refused to move and told me to leave again. It was honestly so rude. My kid never got his drink. I'll never go back and the only reason is because we were treated so horribly on the grand...
Read moreI stopped by this coffee shop around 3 p.m. with my two older sons, hoping to grab some drinks while we were out. Unfortunately, our experience left us incredibly disappointed.
When we walked in, there were three employees working—a woman with a headset taking drive-thru orders, another employee at the drive-thru window with an iPad, and a gentleman working the coffee machine. Despite being clearly visible at the counter, we stood there for over five minutes without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment.
As we waited, my 16-year-old son could sense my patience wearing thin, so I considered going through the drive-thru instead. However, my older son suggested we wait a bit longer, thinking someone would eventually take our order. After a few more minutes of being completely ignored, we decided to leave.
I sincerely hope the owner reviews the security footage to see how customers are being treated. It’s unfortunate because I was genuinely looking forward to supporting this place over larger chains like Starbucks—but after this experience, it’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority here....
Read moreI’ve been coming here on and off since they opened, and I never have a problem. Coffee is great compared to what is usually around. I’ll get an iced coffee on my way to work and a breakfast burrito every once in a while, but today on my visit, I came at 5:45 and they advertise that they sell all-day breakfast. I was told they could not make me the burrito because they turn their oven off at 5, even though their hours say they are open until 7 and supposedly sell all-day breakfast.
