Absolute 5-star service! I contacted Bonnie via email after following her YouTube account for some time. I really enjoyed the style of engagement rings she was creating and I wanted to get an idea of what a custom setting would cost for a diamond I had already purchased.

Bonnie was a total professional: completely attentive, easy to get in touch with and always communicated personally (via phone & text). Most importantly, Bonnie was especially helpful in accommodating every one of my needs as her client: 1. I’m a non-local first-time client based out of NY (her business is located in CA), 2. I was on a shortened timeline and needed the engagement ring set and in my hands by a certain date due to travel, and 3. I had to ship my diamond to her business, where she would then set it in a 2.2mm platinum 6-petite claw prong french pave setting (0.5 ct tw, E VS diamonds on the shank).

From the moment I contacted her, Bonnie made me feel like that my requests were her number one priority. She got the whole process underway as soon I as spoke with her. She found out exactly what I wanted, made recommendations based on things that I wasn’t set on (such as the width of the setting compared to the size of the diamond), provided me with me insured shipping labels/instructions on proper shipping methods, and detailed the process of what would happen from when my diamond arrived at her store to when it would be back in my hands. She was transparent, courteous and accommodating throughout the entire process, even texting me several times during the 3-week manufacturing time to give me status updates about the ring.

I had originally purchased a setting from a jeweler local to me, but ultimately I was not happy with the quality of the product I had received. I contacted Bonnie on a whim, thinking that she would not be available or that her services might be out of my price range. I was more than happy to be mistaken. Bonnie’s products/services are not only affordable (and of the highest quality), but I was able to get the fully customized ring with which I proposed to my girlfriend for less than the original setting, including shipping! As you can see from the pictures, the final product was fantastic! The ring is stylish, nuanced, and has been polished extensively to make the every inch of it sparkle like crazy. The color-matched pave diamonds accentuate the beauty the ring, while still allowing the center diamond (2.1 ct E-VS1 round) to be the star of the piece.

I don't even remember exactly how I stumbled across Bonnie's YouTube channel last year when I first began thinking about upgrading my ring for our 20th anniversary in 2024, but I am so glad I did. I became hooked on her videos as I found them to be a great source in helping me sort out the size, shape and style I wanted (I've been thinking about my 20th anniversary ring since my TENTH anniversary LOL, so I needed to get this right ). Bonnie is so skilled at concisely providing helpful information that is easy to understand as a layperson, that it wasn't long before I realized this might be where I wanted to make my purchase---- even though I live all the way across the country in New York. I looked at a variety of styles, but since Tulips are my favorite flower and Sapphire is my birthstone, once I saw her design putting a round brilliant in a tulip basket with peekaboo sapphires and French pave band, there was no other choice for me make. It honestly felt like destiny.

I admit that when I finally reached out a couple months ago to make the purchase, my husband questioned my sanity in remotely working with "someone I found on YouTube" to make such a large investment. But the reviews don't lie. Bonnie and her team make everything so easy to manage remotely. The swift email responses, phone calls and zoom meetings quickly put you at ease. I had assumed I would first speak with someone on her team, so I was surprised to find myself talking with her personally! As personable as what you see in the videos, even though I thought I had an idea about the diamond specs I needed, she immediately guided me towards something that would get me the biggest bang for my buck--- even at a slightly larger size! And she was very meticulous at making sure I was ordering the right size band that would give me the most flexibility going forward (diligently making me hold my hand up to the camera while I tried on various sizes). I absolutely felt like I was being cared for as a customer.

4-6 weeks, and a FEDEX shipment later, I have the ring of my dreams with a matching wedding band. If it helps anyone, this is a 3.2 carat natural round brilliant, tulip basket with peekaboo sapphires and tapered cathedral French pave 2.5mm band. Even now I still find myself looking at my hand at random times and admiring the bling. I could not be happier. If I have one regret, it's that I wasn't able to meet Bonnie and the team in person. My husband and I have been together for 10 years and married for almost 3. We went through a big-name Jeweler that offered customization, but not to the exact specs I would have wanted, and at the time it was hard for us to say no (from what felt like high pressure selling). However, even though it was not what I would have called my perfect ring, I still loved that ring for the sentimental value and the memories tied to it.

From our initial meet up, to the final product, Bonnie was sweet, informative, patient, and communicative, making the process so easy and pleasant, even during the initial stresses with insurance. She made me feel valued and cared for every step of the way, which really speaks to who she is innately.

When the ring arrived, it was nerve wracking and exciting at the same time. I knew I was going to love it from seeing the videos and photos, but I did not know how I was going to feel. Thankfully, the ring fit like a glove, it was STUNNING (I mean the quality of the setting and stone is unreal!), and most importantly it FELT right! Immediately, when I saw the ring and put it on, my husband and I looked at each other with love and amazement, and just like that, we had our first memorable experience tied to it. It is perfection.
