The furniture looks great, it is modern, elegant and the quality seems to be good, and it is nice that the store is in downtown Burlingame. The sales representative was first very friendly and welcoming, however she had to ask several times her colleague about how to get the price for the items we were interested in. And then we were told one price, and then after a few minutes for the same items the total price increased. We felt very overwhelmed and confused, we tried to explain why we would not make a decision, but then we felt that the tone of the sales representative changed very strongly, we felt very uncomfortable and offended , so much so that we will never visit that store again.
