Read moreI bought my kids food after exiting the hospital and they would need it and they're pretty not picky.
We've got the quiche and the lemon meringue pie from the bakery where it's both of my kids told me tasted horrible with an aftertaste of rancidity, from what I can gather, I'm not reaching out to them because there's no point.
We bought multiple items that night and the only thing that was good was the bottle of IBC root beer.
I think that they're running some game over there because they're working out because people are walking into the hospital next door and won't see them again.
It's sorry to say that I threw away $50 worth of food because of the pie and a quiche.
The hospital bill will be way much more, if I end up next door, at Mills, again, from poor food service hygiene standards!!!
I would post photos however I had to throw that food in the garbage can immediately so my kids didn't try to eat it again no matter how good it looked! Sorry guys ...
Please do better.. lemon meringue pie made my kid sick, my other kids complained aboug the spinach quiche.
Maybe next time put them on a clearance discount so we know...
Read more06/07/2022 Unsanitary. For several years now, there are always dozens of flies in the bakery and deli area. Flies are inside the bakery case (with uncovered cakes, pastries, etc.) and on the soup bar. Where else I wonder... Most likely maggots close by too. Yum. Gross and unacceptable. Management and corporate are aware of the situation. Apparently not a big concern to them. No other establishment I visit in this area (or elsewhere) has this problem. This store is also worn and not as clean as their other locations. Very disappointing for an establishment I've been supporting for 3+ decades.
UPDATE: 11/04/2022 Flies are even worse. However, I have been told they are working on it and I noticed new devices near the doors. Good luck to them.
UPDATE: 04/03/2023 After 5 months of avoidance and shopping elsewhere I gave another chance. Unfortunately, the infestation continues. Huge flies in the bakery case and flying around the...
