I am a full time working mother who operates that children's appointments solo. I had to reschedule the consult for the 3 time for my son with well over a week advance notice to them. Unfortunately, schedules are out of my control sometimes and I can't jeopardize loosing my job. I am the only one in the family that has a job right now. As a remedy, I offered the office to have my son come on his own since he is 16 and can drive. They said no. Now, apparently they can't reschedule with me because I was told I have already rescheduled too many times?? I ask if they could disclose where it says that you can't reschedule and no response. Perhaps they could have disclosed that when they scheduled the 3rd appointment? Please be aware that we have already used this office once before for another family member so it not like we didn't have intentions of using them. To be honest, the staff was rude then, with the exception of the one male assistant.

As a patient, particularly a young patient, having a surgery is quite a big life event - filled with unknown, and you want to make sure that you are being cared for without having to worry about how you are going to being treated. No responses aren't good practices.

Got my wisdom teeth removed finally! After all the excruciating pain it was causing me for weeks. I’m so glad I found Dr. William Bohannan’s office and was able to get referred here. The staff here was also very nice and knowledgeable. They also didn’t try to recommend things to me that I didn’t need which some other place did and just seemed very shady. But I did not get that feeling at Burlingame Oral Surgery. You can trust Dr. William Bohannan and his staff. They were very caring and professional. I didn’t feel any pain at all. We were all listening to 90s rnb (my choice of music) just talking. They used a cold spray when Dr inserted the IV into my arm and I didn’t feel anything at all I was surprised. Next thing you know I was asleep. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. I 1000% recommend this place if you need any of the services they offer. Thanks again Dr, Bohannan and staff!
