In a digital age, it’s particularly nice to receive a card. Walking inside this well run hallmark store to find just the right sentiment is a surprisingly pleasant experience. The shop is well run, has an extensive selection of cards and gifts, but most importantly, has a friendly and helpful staff. Certainly there are other places one can pick up a card, but considering the demise of customer service in so many other places, it’s just nice to be treated with courtesy and appreciated as a customer. Recently been very disappointed with the service. Ordered some things. 2 Welcome signs with sunflowers and a dog T shirt ( which the shirt was coming to Burlington from Medford). I ve called twice ; something about no drivers, and only one truck delivering to 50 stores. No one calls to update you and when you do call Covid is the excuse . Have been a good customer of Hallmark for years. Service is not as good as it used to...

This Hallmark store is the best ! It's beautifully & perfectly decorated for all seasons (the halloween display they have up now is magnificent!). The employees (Donna & Lauren) are sooo helpful ,friendly and extremely accomodating. They have bent over backwards to help me by calling other Hallmark stores if need be, or going on line for me.
