Okay, I can be negative and brutal in my reviews because I hope, like most others, that reviews can guide us not just towards the best, but also away from the worst.

We live in North Carolina but our son proposed to an angel and both wanted to be married in gorgeous Colorado. We had heard great things about Brisk BiteZ and Greg so we gave him a call to see if he was available for our August wedding.

To cut to the chase, Greg flew to Colorado with a planned menu, sought and breezed through the purchase and delivery of ingredients far away from his hometown in North Carolina, conveyed all of the necessaries to the venue, and prepared a knockout night-before-the-wedding dinner that Wowed the guests and made us proud.

Greg us a standup guy and can lead you through a common-sense, tasteful, happy planning experience that I guarantee will result in less worrisome planning and a cuisine experience that will impress your guests and provide warm memories in the years to come.

Booked Brisk Bitez for my private birthday dinner in the Outer Banks (a little NC birthday trip for me!), and everything was amazing! From the moment I reached out, the customer service was top tier. He traveled in with everything he needed and got to work like a pro. While we were getting dressed the smell of the food cooking in the house told us that we were about to eat good!

We had a full 3-course meal—salad, entrée, and dessert—and everything was delicious. My friends still talk about it! If I lived in North Carolina, he would absolutely be my go-to for every event. 10/10...

Greg is an amazing chef with outstanding energy and talent! From now on, he will be my personal chef of choice. The meals he prepared were absolutely incredible delicious, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. His signature drinks were a wonderful bonus. Greg is punctual, easygoing, and has a fantastic personality, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
