The atmosphere was nice. The cafeteria like venue is cute and it was nice to see locals chilling in there. Was not happy that I had to call the restaurant phone 3 to 4 times to get somebody to come take my order. I was at least sitting there for about five or so minutes before someone came out even though I could see the workers in the kitchen prepping food.

I noticed that once I got my food and went home to eat that I was missing a pork belly skewer, which makes me question why I was given a $15 total coupon one of which was for 10 bucks that I had to use within seven days online and one that was for in person services for five dollars. Seven day limit to use a coupon is crazy.

Highly suggest that you treat your customers with more attention who would want to go to a place and spend money with people who don’t treat them as if they’re important. Be sure to communicate with the customers to let them know if something won’t be up to par instead of doing it and then asking for forgiveness later with a coupon.

Because I didn’t feel like an important customer, because he didn’t communicate with me about my order, not being accurate based on their shortcomings; I will not be coming back for sometime because that’s really important to...

I recently dined at Pork and Spoon, and it was a delightful culinary experience! I had the pleasure of trying their Adobo, Lechon Kawali, and Chicken Inasal, and every dish was a perfect showcase of authentic Filipino flavors.

The Adobo was tender and flavorful, with the perfect balance of savory soy sauce and tangy vinegar. The meat practically melted in my mouth. The side dish of pickled cucumber and onions was so good I asked one of the owners to please sell bottles of it.

The Lechon Kawali was a standout. The crispy pork skin crackled beautifully, while the meat was juicy and well-seasoned. Paired with their dipping sauce (special vinegar), it was an absolute treat and a must-try for anyone visiting.

Finally, the Chicken Inasal was grilled to perfection, with a smoky char and a hint of sweetness that complemented the savory marinade. It was juicy, aromatic, and captured the heart of traditional Filipino barbecue.

The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall fantastic experience. If you’re looking for authentic, hearty Filipino cuisine, Pork and Spoon is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu!

Absolutely worth the drive! We traveled from apex and my daughter from Charlotte to meet halfway and this is the place she told us to try and it did not disappoint us. The food was authentic and bursting with flavor, and the modern filipino style atmosphere was warm and welcoming for our family. Every dish was cooked to perfection, fat belly daing na bangus, lechon kawali, longsilog, tapsilog, sisig, adobo, mang inasal chicken, pansit, lumpia and the sawsawan(sauce) loved the vinegar! halohalo, boba, and the service made us feel right at home. It was the best cheat day experience, after a week workout! We can’t wait to come back again for buffet and turo turo fish balls soon to come. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a...

If your in search of of a truly authentic Filipino dining experience, Pork and Spoon is a must-visit destination. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted by one of the owners and let me tell you they are all wonderful and so welcoming, truly the best. After that we ordered the Sisig, Chicken Inasal, Crispy Pork belly, and the famous Lumpia. We weren’t able to take pictures of the Pork Belly and Lumpia cause we ate them too fast. From someone who has traveled to the Philippines a few times before this place brings back memories, it’s so authentic in the way they cook and prep that is hard to find in the states. I always said the best Filipino food you can find is at a Filipinos house, but now I think it’s at Pork and Spoon.
