The baked goods at Tea-Rex are “Tea-Riffic!” I wouldn’t know a mochinut from a boba ball and still managed to drop $20 on some AH-mazing desserts to please the whole crew. Their selection changes from time to time; we tried the brownies, chocolate peanut butter OMG cake (so good), pie and something called a “Sylvana.” I never heard of it before and not sure how to describe it other than a decadent little cloud tossed in star dust. I’m sure that’s not what is in it but — go! This delightful little spot is in a great and growing food hall with a Hibachi and Turkish food spot. Go!! It’s worth it. Parking is easy.

I love Tea Rex! We went on opening day and the shop just keeps getting better each time we go! The owner is super nice and remembered my favorite order (winter melon with lychee jelly). She makes excellent pastries- the last one I had was the almond Nutella croffle, and WOW ! It was tasty! Definitely a favorite of mine when I need a sweet treat :)

Myself and a coworker decided to give this place a try and we both were highly disappointed. We both tried a smoothie. The "smoothie" was all ice and had NO flavor. I should have walked away when I noticed the prices on line are a drastic difference from the actual price. Well, lesson learned.

As a person who drives all over the place to find a good boba and mochinuts, I’m ecstatic to have Tea Rex in Burlington. We’ve already been here way too many times to count since they’ve opened and it makes me happy to see them improve service and quality each time.

My absolute favorites are Wintermelon Milk Tea and the Oreo croffle. My little one loves the banana Nutella croffle, so that’s always on our list! We love the donuts as well and I gotta say that the cookies and cream is the bomb! We love going to the food hall to get our hibachi fix and now that we have a dessert and boba place in there too and the play place to keep my bub entertained, it’s complete! I cannot ask for more.

I love the owner Marie, she’s the absolute sweetest and I’m happy to support this small business. I sincerely wish this business success and I hope that it continues to thrive and make downtown Burlington a place where people look...

I haven't dined in yet, so can't speak to atmosphere, but the food and service are amazing! Something strange happened with delivery and no one ever came to pick up my order, but the owner ended up bringing it to me. I'm so appreciative because I couldn't have left the house to get it today, though I hope they never have to do that again!

Side note: This is only one of two local places I've found that serve boba and offer delivery. As someone who works from home but doesn't have much flexibility and someone with chronic health problems I really appreciate restaurants that do the work to offer delivery,...
