Replying to @rozlee Remember how I told you about the weekly Sunday Filipino buffet at @sushiworld in Burlington🇵🇭? Well you don’t have to wait til Sunday anymore! The same family just opened a solely Filipino food stall at the Burlington Food Hall called Pork n Spoon. My friend @Bomegrans and I made the drive from the Triangle and deemed it absolutely worth the drive. We tried the Grilled Pork Belly, the Chicken Inasal, their Lumpia, and Sisig, and adobo. Everything was perfectly seasoned and came with fresh pickles. It was hard to pick a favorite entree but if I had to, I’d say the Sisig with the Lumpia combo. Save room for Halo-Halo which you can get from Tea Rex, also located inside Burlington Food Hall!

This post is specifically for Oishii Hibachi Grill inside the Burlington Food Hall. Wow!!! I heard from word of mouth on Facebook that they can cater to food allergies. I have a legit dairy allergy, and have been advised to steer clear from gluten as well. Well, my hubby and I went there today for Valentine’s Day. There was a wait, but I was willing because I really wanted some food that feels good going down. Hearty. I saw on their menu that they have GF and vegan options. I can have meat, but I opted for the vegetable hibachi. When I got to the counter, I was asking my millions of questions about whether certain things on the plate will have milk. I asked for it to be gluten free as well. That was no issue at all. BUT, the man went a step further and said and did things he just didn’t have to. He told me the fried rice has soy sauce in it that has gluten so he suggested I get white rice. I wasn’t too happy with that, but that’s because fried rice is MUCH better ha! I asked about the white sauce thinking I’m probably getting on his nerves by now. He told me it’s just Mayo. He was beyond helpful, looked out for me, the chef cooked my food away from others. It took much longer, but, when the man came out to deliver it to me, he said they did the gluten free option for the fried rice! Mind blown, and MUCH appreciated! My pregnant belly was very satisfied! It’s exactly what baby wanted. ;) pretty sure my husband is jealous. I know this is long, but I sure appreciate all the extra work for my meal! Keep it up. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has legit food allergies and are looking for a healthier option. THANK YOU! The three of us will be back soon! Btw, in the photo, it’s not blurry. It’s steaming! It was incredibly fresh!

The Pork & Spoon food stall at the Burlington Food hall delivers a delicious balance of authenticity and modern flair. Their Grilled Pork Bowl is a standout, featuring delicious marinated pork, served over fried rice with a side of tangy o ions & cucumber(pickled). The Pork Sisig Bowl is equally remarkable—crispy, savory, and slightly spicy, topped with a fried egg. For snacks, their Lumpia Shanghai is crispy perfection, with a flavorful meat filling and sweet chili sauce for dipping. The next stall is the Tea-Rex; the boba shop takes bubble tea to the next level. Their Ube Taro Milk Tea is a creamy, vibrant treat with chewy tapioca pearls that are perfectly cooked. The balance flavor of earthy ube and sweet taro is spot-on. Also has some dessert for sweet lovers out there, they have variety of homemade macaroons and some bakes good. This food hall is a haven for Filipino cuisine and boba lovers. The bold flavors and innovative twists make it a must-visit spot for foodies. Perfect for sharing meals and desserts with friends!

Great place to eat in downtown Burlington, North Carolina!! My favorite place to get Thai Tea with Boba is the Tea-Rex!! She makes the BEST Thai Tea around hands down!! You can tell she uses top-notch ingredients as the spices really come through, but NOT in an overwhelming way!! And, she's always accommodating with slight changes, such as adjustments in sweetness, more milk, or no boba!! I can't wait to try her Chai Latte Boba Tea!! If it's half as good as the Thai Tea, then the Chai Tea will quickly become my very FAVORITE!!😋And ALWAYS friendly service with a smile, which seems to be rare in this world we live in!!

My favorite place for food here is WrapWay Mediterranean!! Again, great service, friendly service with a smile!! They're eager to answer any questions and very accommodating to satisfy your needs!! Their food is well-seasoned and absolutely DELICIOUS!! 😋 I love their chicken dish and usually get half regular and half with a tiny bit of their hot sauce as I can't tolerate alot of hot stuff!! The marinated roasted potatoes are very nice!😋I can usually make two meals from my one plate, which I love!!

💞There's also what looks to be a bar there and I've noticed a sign showing there's another food vendor coming soon!! 💞I pray the community with gravitate to this food hall MORE and keep it open for operation for MANY years to come!!!💞If you're in the area, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and check out the Burlington Food Hall &...
