My family love it here! We frequent going to the food hall for the variety of food they offer plus a play area for our little one while we wait. Our absolute favorite is Oishii! Love their triple combo! It’s affordable and they always give you so much food. It comes with meat, rice, noodles and veggies. The white sauce is bomb! I usually get mine with egg rolls on the side and some thai chili wings to go with our meal. Also their fried cheesecake is to die for! I don’t know why I get that much food when I know that I never finish it, but it’s just so good! I’m odd but I think hibachi taste better when reheated lol, so win win!
Oishii is a small family business and everyone is always so friendly and food always comes out so fast. (Even when you order them from doordash). But I love going to their stall cause they give you a punch card with your purchase and will eventually turn into a free meal. You definitely get your money’s worth here and I love them! Highly recommend.
We love coming here also for 4th fridays of the month where they do live music and bouncy house for kids to play...
Read moreThe picture might look better than it was. For the price you get some boiled veggies, the so called fried rice came straight out of the rice cooker and the noodles are the same full on spaghetti noodles you would expect in a 75 cent spaghetti meal. It seems like all the meats are cooked on a flat top and covered in some not so appealing teriyaki sauce.
Do the tired, drunk college students even like this stuff? I guess the college kids dont care but they won't be getting my 12 dollars plus tip again.
I will say the non hibachi pictures I saw online looked great. Hibachi was BAD and thats what the workers suggested (best on the menu and most ordered)
Not cool, pretty horrible. I was actually excited about this food court/sharing thing in downtown Burlington. I was hoping for the best but all the restaurants were pretty bad. The order that came from the burrito place was sub...
Read moreThis definitely isn’t authentic hibachi or Japanese. They do give generous portion sizes. I got chicken teriyaki and the sauce used is on the salty side. I did get side of ginger sauce. Under the chicken was a serving of noodles. Unfortunately, the noodles were undercooked and, I believe they used spaghetti noodles. The rice was also crunchy and it was white rice and not sushi rice. Overall, this is a good place to stop by if you’re hungry and aren’t expecting a delicious meal. I give it a Soso rating because it was edible, but nothing Special. I do think it was slightly too salty. Friendly staff and the food came...
