Poor quality, scam display (made in China, displays Japan), and bad customer service.
I needed a watch for EMT classes, worked well while the weather was dry. Once the rainy season hit, it started collecting moisture. Supposed to be water resistant to 5 bars.
I've worked in quality control before, I don't expect perfection. I understand things slip through.
What I don't get is the audacity of this company to not back the products they sell. I was given the work around for 2 weeks before they finally said the regional manager approved for it to be repaired (4 weeks to get it back, I leave for Alaska in 2 weeks).
This is a sub $50 watch. I can't imagine the clawing it would take to get service on something much pricier.
This place is a gamble.

   Read moreI am deeply saddened by the quality of workmanship on my wedding and engagement band. After closer inspection at home, it is clearly not lined up properly. This was a repair done after your employee failed to note details on how the ring was to properly be soldered the first time around. After this mistake, I asked to receive some sort of discount because of the inconvenience and poor effort of employees. I was quickly denied, and paid the $70 only to receive this special piece back in poor condition. I will not be bringing it back to have fixed again. I will be taking this to a professional next time.

I would not recommend you going here unless you'd love to order something "in stock" be promised you'll get it by the 28th. Then to be called back and be told unfortunately (aka one of our employees is an idiot, didn't check with the vendor and what you want isn't available AFTER you've already paid for it!!) if that's what you want you'll have to wait 3 WEEKS. "Sorry" doesn't cut it in this business they specialize in helping people with VERY special events and this is simply unacceptable. Thanks to that employee for ruining mine.
