TLDR: Brought in my wedding dress, she didn’t mark it pin anything after almost ripping it and it still doesn’t fit. Now I have to take it to a tailor that actually knows what they’re doing.
I took my dress there to get buttons on the back panel moved over so they would clasp. She could not understand what I was asking for even with a translation app, tried to make the dress fit even though I was there for her to alter it (I thought she was going to rip it because she was so rough). Instead of pinning or marking anything she had me take the dress off and show her where the buttons on the back of the dress needed to be moved to. Read moreI was simply shocked at the mindset of the staff. Language was a huge barrier but I was hopeful i was understood. Needless to say, I certainly did not get what I paid for. asking them to fix it and make it right was reasonable but their response and rudeness makes it easy to say we will never go there again. I have been around customer service my whole career and this was such an easy thing to make right, but instead the response was horrible.
