Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

I really appreciate the consistency in their customer service. I have been to this location a few times, and have never experienced any negative attitudes. The food is good, the only thing left to be desired was a firmer crust on the dessert pizzas. The crust was bouncy and chewy instead of pizza like. Another thing that struck me , was that the young man bussing the tables, was sure to check in with us to see if we needed anything, he even offered to refill drinks. I had the opportunity to meet the store manager Daniel as well, and his demeanor and customer service skill was definitely matched by his lunch team very impressive to see a team of people on one accord in a dining setting. In addition to great customer service, attentiveness and consistency, I also have the opportunity to see them in action as they planned to help others in their community. I was very pleased to see this, because not many for-profit businesses take the time to give back to their community. I will definitely continue to visit this store in the future and recommend this location too anyone...

Came in on a Wednesday night at 7pm they were not terribly busy... one lady was cleaning around the tables and grabbing plates without asking... she kept telling us to have a good night and we had only been there 10 minutes... they didn't close until 10pm but I could tell she was ready to get off and ready for us to leave... the food wasn't as good as it normally is the soup was very watered down it tasted flavorless, the noodles were over cooked and dry. The restaurant A/C kicked on during dinner and the entire place smelled like a sewage filled diaper. We stopped eating after the A/C kicked on... luckily we had an early week (Monday-Wednesday) coupon special for $3.99 buffet price... it was on the Cici's pizza website... moral of the story is you get what...

I just wanted to give a HUGE Thank you to The Regional Manager, Store Manager and all the staff. We celebrated a Surprise 60th Birthday party yesterday June 29th and they couldn’t have made it more accommodating for us. The had my husbands favorite pizza fixed and ready for him when I showed up with him. They also had us all the supplies we needed for the cake. We had 35 of us and you wouldn’t have known. Even the gentleman who came and collected all of our dirty dishes from the bens was pleasant and Courteous! It’s hard enough to have a large party, but to pull off a Huge surprise party and feel SO Welcome can’t go unnoticed and saying Thank you SO Much!!!! 😊 😊😊😊😊😊😊 I recommend them for all and...
