Very unprofessional drove over an hour to get to this boutique store to get taken as a joke, for a very important event for our daughter’s quinceañera to find the prefect dress and was told it would be here within 2 weeks. They wouldn’t even return my calls I had called over 3 time by the 10th day that I thought the dress could be here, all I would get is a (Can I call you right back) for an answer. Very upsetting and stressful to have to call and no responsibilities at this location taken seriously. Come to find out it won’t even be here til a month after, would have I known of this I would have NOT ordered the dress. I left $120. In cash to have it ordered and now that I can’t do this service since they aren’t legit with their work/word they expect me to drive back to get my money when they could easily Zelle me back my money.

Personally I wouldn’t do this to a customer driving out of their way to come to me and still be this rude and drag their money and time isn’t what I want people to know of me or...

I had a wedding to attend at 5pm - arrived here, unannounced, at 245pm. By 330pm I had a tuxedo ensemble that was second to none. The staff was incredibly friendly and very fashion knowledgeable. They put together a black on blue, with a vest and bow tie look that had everyone at the wedding calling me "James Bond" - Incredibly reasonable prices, and with the services provided (measurements, fittings, opinions and putting together a top class look) I wonder if I underpaid.

I am the mother of the bride and after a disastrous trip to Seattle, I came back to the Skagit Valley and Martha's Bridal and Formal Wear. They had a surprisingly nice selection of affordable dresses for Mom's with soft colors and interesting cuts. I tried on about 10 dresses and the sales crew were wonderful and fun to work with. They helped with zippers and let me know how each dress could be altered if desired or needed. Martha's has a very fast turnaround of only a few days for alterations at very reasonable prices.
