Old Navy — Local services in Burlington

Went in today to look for Capri pants which they really had none of. Quality of clothes has gone down while prices have gone up. Employees need a class in customer service. The first one i asked for help finding a certain tank top I tried on but couldn't remember where it came from, looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language, so I found it myself. Two employees were stranding sound the sales floor complaining about their jobs. The girl at the dressing rooms didn't even acknowledge me. The cashier couldn't get me out fast enough, I felt like she was just hitting her sales goal. Overall a very subpar experience. My friend had $250 in gift certificates, she just checked the balance on them, and the girl said they were active but wouldn't work. Left us puzzled. Very interesting to see the contrast between my preconceived notions, and reality!

Sometimes you go into a place expecting one thing, but you end up experiencing something altogether different. I'm not a history buff by any stretch of the imagination, but my rudimentary understanding of traditional naval tactics were nowhere to be found. I would have presumed that a place called Old Navy will be filled with traditional canons, flintlocks, and old sailor outfits. Surprisingly enough, it was not! I found quality clothing at reasonable prices, helpful staff, and my entire perception of our historical timeline has been thrown into disarray!

I ended up buying a pair of Batman socks that were on clearance, so it wasn't a total loss. But hey, if you think you know history, I implore you to check out Old Navy. You're sure to learn...

Shopping for back to school clothing and had an order to pick up. This was my second experience, the first one was great, the young lady was helpful and friendly. It was super easy to pick up the items I ordered online, I was in the store for a total of 5 mins. Second time around an older lady was supposedly helping me with a pickup and she lacked basic customer service skills. She was not pleasant, helpful nor friendly.
