Jamba — Restaurant in Burlington

I came in to grab Jamba as a surprise treat for my kids, but after waiting 30 minutes with zero communication, I had to leave empty-handed to go pick them up. It was a complete mess—orders backed up, no updates, no “hey just so you know, it’ll be a wait,” nothing. A simple heads-up at the start or even a quick “thanks for your patience” halfway through would’ve made a huge difference.

The girls behind the counter were clearly working hard, but they lacked leadership and direction. I was skipped over at least twice, and again—no communication at all. I get that busy days happen, but this felt totally unorganized and frustrating. Sadly, I had to abandon my order.

Not the JJ that I can recommend. Except that the options are difficult to find. Been coming 2x week for a month and each time had issue with severs not knowing the recipe well enough to let me know exactly what goes into my smoothie. I asked for a vegan dairy free pb&bananna smoothie. Using oatmilk. I saw server use soymilk and add honey- which is not vegan by definition. I asked about oatmilk and was told - they used oatmilk. I didn’t press the issue- nor made a scene. Kids are working hard and it was “close” enough. Then I got my Large smoothie- maybe 2 inches below the top. See photo. Jamba Juice is pretty decent for a smoothie joint, and although I've tasted better, I have to admit they make amazing drinks. I came for the first time and was greeted by a clean facility and friendly staff. Drinks are rather expensive and 6:00 for a small is a little much, but the smoothies are high-quality and actually taste like real fruit. However, I was impatient when it took 15 minutes for my drink to be made. I noticed customers who had ordered after me receiving their drinks first, but besides that I was unbothered.
