The staff are amazing! I can't say enough good things about the Burlington TB store. Rachel is a gem and the corporate manager is also very kind and helpful. My husband bought me a bag for my birthday four montgs ago that had a few issues, the snap didn't close right and it was wearing quickly due to tye soft leather. I called the store to ask about my options and they suggested I ccome.My husband and mother in law and I went that night and they took such great care if us!! Rachel was so helpful... they let me pick out an entirely new bag and showed me all the styles. I will be a life long customer and will specifically ask for Rachel. Also big snaps the manager- she was so professional...

RACHEL IS THE BEST! I had been eyeing one of the handbags online for sometime and when I went to but it online yesterday, it was showing all sold out. So I called the Burlington Store and spoke with this wonderful lady Rachel who guided me through the process of buying an online gift card for the sale value as they don't accept credit cards on phone. She very patiently waited with me on the phone until I received an e-gift card which took about 5 minutes to arrive. She made my purchase experience so seamless this morning. Rachel has been so amazing and helpful- she deserves recognition for all of her hard work!!! I went into the Tory Burch Burlington store looking for sold out sandals for my upcoming beach wedding. Rachel was able to find me 6 pairs of sandals from all over the country having them shipped right to my front door!!! Rachel made sure to email me, offering further help which was incredible.
