They sell all custom order furniture from high quality American companies.

We worked with multiple sales reps in our many trips during our search and decision process and they all were great to work with (Way more than I can say about their neighbor across the highway). No one was pushy. I didn't feel like I was being hounded and told a bunch of BS. They had precise answer to questions rather than useless sales rhetoric.

The store felt a bit warehouse-like and the the inside signage was chintzy but very informative. They range on info from the quality and construction to info about their interior designers that will help you pick from the thousands of colors and patterns. Take the time, read the signs.

The price is a bit more than competitors (depending on what you're buying it could be a lot more though) but they explain and show you the quality difference. I was impressed how the reps knew the builders, delivery guys and the owner personally. Everyone we interacted with was very personable including the delivery guys.

We were told to expect at least a 5 week lead time but could be up to 8 or 10 weeks. I was blown away when 3 weeks in I got a call to schedule delivery. And we love our new couch!

I can't say enough good things about the people and the final product. I will buy from them again!

I checked out this store on a whim as a last ditch effort to find a sectional. While I didn’t find what I was looking for, I ended up finding a reclining chair that my wife and I loved. The sales people are very friendly, no pushy, and completely go over all details of the furniture quality, brand and craftsmanship before you decide to buy. Prices are higher, but with all things you get what you pay for. I never imagined I would buy a piece of furniture from this store but I plan to have it for many years vs. replacing it when it breaks down.

They lose 1 star for me because I’m disappointed they did not honor a mistake I found on their website. The day after I purchased the chair I noticed their website listed a “sale price” for the chair $100 less than I paid. I dropped by to inquire and was told I would receive a call promptly after they investigated. I did receive that call and they admitted it was a mistake, and that the website should have stated “starting at” vs “sale price.” They thanked me for alerting them to the error but could not credit me the difference which was disappointing. Couldn't be more happy with Borofka's. From the moment we walked in, we had a fantastic experience. Steve helped us through the whole process, listened to what we wanted, and provided excellent suggestions based on our feedback. He was never pushy or just trying to make a sale, but generally interested in finding what worked for us and our home. When we received our furniture we had a few pieces that didn't fit our space as we had anticipated (one such issue was a measurement error on our end so the furniture was way too large for the space). Borofka's and Maynard reached out, listened to our concerns, and addressed everything we mentioned. We now have all our furniture exactly how we want it and not oversized.

We understand the furniture was more expensive than what we would have typically considered, but the quality and customer service was unparalleled.
