El Parian Mexican Grill Burnsville — Restaurant in Burnsville

I ordered several weeks ago through the website for pickup. When we got home, the item was entirely incorrect. I attempted to call the location, and the person that answered couldn’t understand my issue (possibly limited English, as they kept repeating “Oh okay. I don’t understand.”) I asked to speak to a different person, and then after being placed on hold, the call disconnected.

I then emailed El Parian through their website, describing the issue, and now a month later I still haven’t heard back and was never refunded in spite of never receiving the correct item. I’m unlikely to return, given I essentially paid for an item that was entirely incorrect (and included seafood that I cannot eat) and was left without any resolution...

This location just opened a couple months ago and I finally stopped in on a whim to grab some takeout chori pollo and everything was outstanding! The staff here was so warm and friendly while I waited for my food and I wished I had time to sit down and experience the table service. I watched as an enormous bowl of guacamole was brought to a table and it looked amazing! My food was also incredible- the portion was so generous I have enough for lunch tomorrow and they even gave me some chips and salsa which was an unexpected but welcome touch to my meal, especially as a to-go order. I'll be back here as often as my budget allows because I have only good things to say! And to try the margaritas, of course. 5 stars,...

The service here was very fast and our food came out quickly, which I appreciated. However, my son ordered chicken tenders with fries, and when I tasted them, they had a fishy taste — almost like they may have been fried in the same oil as fish. Everything was edible, but it didn’t taste right. What also concerned me was that as we were leaving, I noticed the servers suddenly laughing, which left me feeling uneasy about our experience. Unfortunately, once we got home, all of my kids ended up with diarrhea. I don’t know for sure if it was related to the food, but it was unusual for it to happen right after eating there.
