The woman working here on Dec 26th should not be working in customer service. She's very rude and unhelpful. My husband asked for two receipts for the two packages he dropped off, and she refused to give him two receipts. She told him he only needed one! She then lied to me on the phone when I asked for the tracking number for a package that was just dropped off literally a few minutes before, because I needed to report a tracking number to a business and needed to be sure that I gave the correct tracking number. My husband saw her place them into a bag near her before helping other customers. She was the only person working, and she said that all of the packages were on a back wall with hundreds of packages to be put on a truck and that she couldn't. She was rude in the way she spoke to me and to my husband, and she told me that packages are never put on the back counter. I've seen the guys working here place packages that need packaging and labeling onto the back counter behind the registers! This particular person shouldn't be working with customers if she's going to have a bad attitude and not want to do her job properly and speaks rudely to the customers. People like her can give this particular business location a bad representation and can ruin...
Read moreMiles gave me smiles. The day before I went to this location; another young fella helped me out that was very nice and gave me an estimate to ship a box (I didn't get his name). I went home and finished packaging my box up then went to the Prior Lake location the next day. I found out that their insurance fees were higher (apparently each location determines added fees), so I went back to Burnsville. There was no line just like the day before (around 4pm week day) and I was greeted by Miles with a smile and very friendly demeanor. He explained how insurance only covers if something is lost and how if the store packages the item (for a fee) it would include damage and we had some random chit chat about state abbreviations. It was refreshing to have such pleasant customer service and I left wondering what else I could mail so I could have another friendly human...

They asked me to step aside until they serve all other customers. WhY? I am a paying customer. I have to step aside and wait because other customers have quick and fast Amazon returns? The employee told me it is the policy and it is written in the procedures. If this is correct, this is poor management and customer service. She also said it is written on the prepaid label fine print.
