ALDI — Local services in Burnsville

Extremely poor staff and management. They are happy to host and support disrespectful abusive customers also refusing to remove them from their store when asked to. My previous review was 5 stars and it was a beautiful store until tonight when I was for no reason whatsoever horrendously verbally abused by another customer and after a cashier ignored it I demanded a manager or the police the following happened. When the manager came out I was treated like the problem. I was told I needed to be seperated from the customer who was verbally abusing me she refused to remove him from the store or call the police. She stated she couldn't control what others said. And that is true but she can control removing rude verbally abusive customers from the premises of her store. The customer was cursing at me due to his displeasure with a long line and only 1 register open. I believe he thought I was an employee and that he felt I was very over weight or in his terms "1 ton" and I had a large cart of food and was at the time getting a large amount of reduced priced bread for my local food shelf located near the check outs. Even when I told him I wasnt and employee and to take his negativity elsewhere and explained I was shopping for a food shelf doing a kind act and my civic duty he continued to profainly verbally assault me. And as I stated above thats how the management choose to handle it. They told me they dont like calling the police and appatently they refuse to remove abusive customers spewing hatred and profanity from their store. In fact they cater to them at this location. She refused to make him leave. Id recommend never going there. Yes they cant control what he said but they can control how they dealt with it, which was disgusting. Ive never been so appalled or embarassed by how I was treated by the management here in my life. Everyone there thought I was the problem because how she handled it. Ive worked customer service for 15 years and this is some of the poorest I've ever seen. How dare they not remove this man from their store immediately and tell him this is not tolerated here. I had even informed the management after I was "seperated" I was shopping for a food shelf and this changed nothing. Apparently they dont care to much about human beings or acts of charity. Sad. She did offer an apology 4 what the man said, but that meant little for how it was handled. No matter how much someone weighs, they are still a person and deserve to be treated with respect. As do people of all sizes and colors ect. This behaviour should not be tolerated by management in a place of business ever. Emailed corporate and all I ever got back was a canned response, no call real...

I think I could work for Aldi's in the promotions department. I have a great experience at all Aldi's no matter which one I go to and I've been to many of them. I feel badly for my relatives who live in parts of the country that don't have Aldi's yet. Their food prices are so much more reasonable than almost all grocery stores. You can't get everything at Aldi's but that way they keep their costs down and it's worth it. The employees there are always very helpful. Also, the cashiers are so speedy and Aldi's is one of the fastest grocery stores to get through when shopping. I appreciate that convenience. I'm glad that over time they have been adding more and more different items such as additional fresh produce items. Also, check their weekly circular including the one that has next week's specials. I have bought great non-grocery items at various Aldi's. For example, I bought a great stand mixer a few years ago and it cost $29.99! We've also have bought clothing and many seasonal items at Aldi's. Had Christmas and other holidays. They have great seasonal foods including mini from Europe. I don't want to live where they don't...

Great price supermarket with a new concept that translate to more green usage of the resources at the time that benefit in operational cost that translate to the consumer . The quality for the price is great, . Is a new concept where you need a quater coin [refundable] and bring your own bags to avoid to pay for but once you shop a few times is comfortable. The produce is great for the price, also there is no many options for.products but make shopping easy , since you don't have to decide in so many options . The store in burnsville is newer and looks clean and nice . I rate and extra start from 4 to 5 stars because is the best low budget supermarket. Also the store hours are convenient. The employees are fast...
