Very disappointed that I was told to come get my items framed there because they had done a great job for someone I know. Walk up and greeted with an attitude asking what do you need and I said oh I have a few items to frame, she was helping someone else and said well I’m the only one working and it’s going to be a while. I went in, immediately I found an employee walking through three hallway and I politely asked him if I could ask him one question, he stated that he was busy so I couldn't ask him where in the building I could find the crafts location. Then I'm trying to check out after finding the models I was looking for and it turned out one of the packages didn't have a price tag, they couldn't scan the bar code because apparently they don't have their inventory on their computer system so the scanners are just for show.
