From the moment we realized that about 5 other parties that came in after us were seated before my fiance and I, this was a terrible experience with the worst customer service. We patiently waited, knowing up front that the wait time was ranging between 45 minutes to an hour. It wasnt until we hit the 1 hour mark and noticed that people that came after us were already being seated. I sent my fiance to talk to the front desk and ask where we were on the list. The lady immediately started scrambling as she said our "pager must not be working" and said it had been an occurring issue today. (Mind you we did notice they were going around yelling names at times. We were approached twice during that time asking if we were name.) I then asked why they hadn't called our name then and she said she did call twice but maybe not well enough because she did have other customers asking questions. I then said no...we have been listening to All of the names this whole time and never once was Denisse mentioned. She continued to take us to our seat where I continued the conversation. I asked "so if we would not have approached you, we would have just continued waiting, you would have continued calling other people?" She responded with "no, it holds your spot until we take you off but I did have other parties that were ready and I was taking care of." I then proceeded to let her know I still dont understand how if they KNEW they were having issues, why not call our names just because they were so busy....anyways she sat us down and of course all we got was an "I'm sorry". Our waiter Zach was great. Super cheerful and was able to turn my boiling blood attitude into a positive one. Unfortunately there was a hair in my fiance's mashed potatoes...I was just so over it at that point. We quietly brought it up to our waiter. He immediately apologized and said he will be sending over a manager. Manager Justin came and asked what was the matter. My fiance pointed out the hair and she said," how about we just switch out those mashed potatoes for you you sweetie." Ok.. if that's your way of problem solving then alright but do not talk to us like you are a 2nd grade teacher talking to her students and not even apologize. No compensation, no nothing. I hate to be THAT CUSTOMER but they did nothing to make up for anything that happened and it honestly ruined our whole meal and experience. Never going back after this... Read moreDined in on 3-17-24. Our server Melanie table 19. I spent a total of 97.57. Tip I added was $10.00 for a total of 107.57. I normally tip more but today our service was poor. My wife wanted to walk out since no one greeted us for 15+ minutes. Another waitress from the other end of the restaurant even came over to ask if we have been helped yet and we said no. So about 4 days later I went to check my credit card online which I saw I was billed for 112.57. I called and talked to a manager here. She went to check the receipt and texted me the picture of the receipt and said, yes you did tip 15 bucks for a total of 112.57. I take a look at the picture. Surely enough it was not my signature and not my handwriting on the receipt. In this case , it’s not about a tip or im fussing about the 5 bucks extra tip added on. It’s about honesty. The manager was helpful and credited me back 20 dollars. I’ve dined in here many times and have had no issues besides this particular day. Also, to prove that my signature was forged on 3-17-24. If you can go back and check the system. I dined in on 11-12-23 spent 113.73 and 10-15-23 spent 108.18. Check the system and see. If you keep receipts and can go back to look. Check those dates to match it to 3-17-24. I guarantee my signatures on those two dates will not match to this forged fake signature on 3-17-24.
Now if you dine in there- take a photo of your tip just in case you run into an issue like I did. I DO NOT want this to happen to anyone else! Thanks...
Read moreIt was my brothers graduation, we came here and when I asked for a table for me and my family. I got this bad vibe from the waiter. She said she couldn’t sit us down because there was no room. I asked how long it could take and she said longer than an hour wait just to get seated. I told my dad and he didn’t believe it because there was multiple empty tables, so my dad asked to speak the manager (who was so nice!) and when we said what she told us she said “I never said that. I said a few minutes. And she kept rolling her eyes.” The manager made her clean up tables and she sat everyone down infront of us even a party of 12 who didn’t by confirmation from them they didn’t reserve. We waited around 30 minutes to get seated. Once a nicer waiter sat us down we waited another hour 1/2 for our food. I’m not gonna lie it wasn’t that bad. I got mozzarella sticks and there was around 8 ?? There was a lot when I usually get 4 wherever I go so that’s a good. I’m lactose intolerant and I was aware I was eating dairy so my stomach hurts a lot rn but it was worth eating it ig. I would say more that one lady was rude. And she seemed racist like she didn’t want to attend us because I’m hispanic. Which is why I’m giving a 1 star.
