If only I could give negative five stars I would. First they only had one register open when we walked up. Then the cashier had such an attitude when we said we had a return, which was quite simple with our receipt and tags attached to the merchandise, which we were told when we walked in to return with our purchase. Then the line grew by 4 other customers as we waited for the manager to come to fix our prices. The issue with our price is we had picked out a pair of tennis shoes that were sitting on the price of $44.99 for the month of december. We took the shoe to the girl working in the department and asked for our size. We get to the register and they ring up incorrectly to our knowledge. I personally go back to the shoe wall, take a picture of that shoe and the sale tag and show the cashier where the shoe had been sitting and she fixed the price but needed a manager override. As the manager comes over, after waiting 15 minutes with the gentleman behind us yelling, looks at the screen and just says I can't do that it's not the correct shoe. So i went over and looked for the correct shoe for the sale. It was no where to be seen, in fact there were no holes on the shoe wall. Then lovely Andrew comes over and offers his not so helpful advice when i ask to see the correct shoe. They were out of stock completely and probably have been for awhile. Any common sense they would have taken the sign down and put the shoe we had wanted to purchase there WITH THE CORRECT SIGN. As you can imagine by now I'm a little upset that they will not handle this situation correctly and Andrew was a complete a** the entire time telling me I was wrong. The Burton road Dunham's then told me they could not do anything for me that a customer must had put that shoe there with that sign. Needless to say I will never go back to that store especially with the snotty employees that work there and blame the customer for...
Read moreTwo girls at front counter were the most unprofessional people I have witnessed in the presence of customers. They were complaining back and forth to each about being sick and not being allowed to call in while completely ignoring my wife and Myself's questions regarding coupon policy. They also were talking about their pay w each other and completing disregarding the fact that customers were present. So much so the first girl got half way through ringing up most of my clothing and cleared the order because she was having an issue and had the other employee start all over. My wife and I asked if they maybe should go home or we should go to the back register because of the difficulty they were having and this just seemed to anger them. I am not one to complain about people that are clearly having a bad day but we were blown away by these employees complete disrespect for us...
Read moreI try not to use the race card. However, I have no choice but to believe I did not receive the necessary assistance that I needed because of my dark skin tone. Cashier refused to locate a manager for help with my desired purchase. I asked what steps would she take if there's an issue with the machines; she looked at me as if I was not speaking English. She refused to get the manager! If it was not racially motivated (forgive me), We will call it "pure laziness"! Regardless, she would rather have me walk out the store than put money on her paycheck! This cashier will still expect a paycheck at the end of the week when she is the reason this store just lost money. Since her employment, how many customers she...
