OMG! As an avid scrapbooker of 25 years, this was probably one of the best stores for scrapbooking, cards, and stamps. I was in heaven! I drove to my family in Aliquippa from VA, and scheduled the next day to drive one hour to Butler to the Scrapbook Super Station. I arrived shortly after opening. I was immediately greeted and after I mentioned this was my first visit, I was explained the ropes; the shopping cart assembly to the scrapbook page sample displayed above the rack of paper and coordinating paper, as well as the take home sheet to copy their sample, if wanted. Everything was well organized from scrapbook paper, die cuts, embellishments, albums, and even a clearance section. I spent two hours and $182. Read moreCustomer service is abhorrent. My sister and I were treated so rudely today. Part of the benefit of cropping there is using equipment that you do nor have to drag from home. The punches are so blunt that they tore my paper. My sister was always able to use cutters and score boards in the past. Today, they acted like it was a huge burden and were reluctant to loan out anything. When my sister questioned if the policy changed, a comment was made by Janice to the other employee. So while you called me ignorant bc you have elderly, little did you know I have a medical condition. Also waiting til the end of the season to address your concerns was absolutely ridiculous.
